Hello, weekend.
I truly only have wonderful things to say about the past week. Minus a pinch of nerves taking my midterms for school, I enjoyed getting back into routine, catching up with dear friends and even joining my cousin, to try a new restaurant/lounge in SoHo called Her Name Was Carmen. Trust me, it was just as fun as it sounds and the cocktails are sinfully delicious.
This weekend, I’m joining Matt’s family on a food and wine tour followed by a gala at the United Nations for the arts and stopping by my old roommate’s going away party… I’m laughing as I write this because I still don’t know how I’m going to fit all of that in and still carry around a ball gown across New York City 
Tomorrow will be much more low-key – preferably a walk with the weather permitting, a little homework and some reading. I’m reading three books at once and am dying to finish at least one this weekend so I can start this one for my book club.
